Paradigms are like connective tissue, stretching through and influencing multiple areas of our lives, from well-being to relationships to work life and more. To make headway individually and collectively means we want to hydrate that tissue and understand how it’s a system-wide signaling network, what it’s trying to tell us, and perhaps allow our understanding and inquiry to shape itself from within.
We invite you into a new kind of online learning experience based on inquiry, discussion, embodiment and asking “beautiful questions.” Beginning with a guided, embodied self-compassion practice and moving into the “Inner Peace Accords”, this module prepares us to “Shake the System.”
