Several years ago I was a professional ballet dancer & after a particularly bad injury I was forced to take time off, during this time I enrolled in a YTT course & my life path completely shifted. I fell in love with Yoga, Meditation & Energy Medicine, etc. I am currently a full time yoga+barre teacher & have been looking for this type of program for awhile & I’m thrilled to be part of it now!
